  Steeper climb through montane forest and moorland. Optional hike to Little Meru.
• Day 3: Saddle Hut – Summit (4,566m) – Miriakamba
  Pre-dawn summit push for sunrise over Kilimanjaro. Return via crater rim.
• Day 4 (optional): Miriakamba – Momella Gate – Arusha

💡 3 days version skips the final overnight at Miriakamba on descent.
